I recently went to get my Samsung 8+ fixed the service was extraordinary and timely also got a great deal on 2 Bluetooth headphones and a outer box and temp glass hands down best in town. I HIGHLY recommend them

By far the worst customer service ever! I dropped my son's laptop off on January 16, 2021, to Joshua Brito. I have contacted him every two weeks and got excuse after excuse and now ignored. When I have contacted customer service they basically blew me off as well. The job was to change the screen that's it. It is now June and I am still being ignored and have been lead to believe my son's laptop has been stolen by them. I have given them plenty of time to rectify this issue but no one seems to care. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody. Even if the person no longer works there it is the business's responsibility to take care of their customers. In this case, they have stolen, ignored and hurt a kid.

I went in for a mic repair on my iPhone 8+. Provided me with a quote, did the repair very quickly and supplied a receptacle for my company to reimburse me. Awesome service, very friendly, easy to deal with. Phone works great now, will go back in the future for sure !!! Thanks Daniel

I would recommend this place over and over and again. When I bought my Samsung s7, I dropped it after a week and the screen cracked. I contacted Connextel and to my surprise, they really fixed the screen very quickly! I haven't gone back to having issues with my cell phone after that. Their prices are pretty affordable and the customer service is amazing! Thanks.
